while some of the titles might not be the current versions, all
of the software we sell are brand new and never used.

What are shipping fees?

Normally they are betwwen $3 to $7.00.
It depends if is a jewel case only
or if is a Retail Box. Some retail boxes are a little more due to their weight.
International Orders are based by destination.

Most of the time we can ship multiple orders, especially
jewel cases for the same cost or a fraction more. Naturally retail boxes are
based on their weight. Shipping charges are normally between $3 to
$7.00

We normally process orders within 24 hours of receiving them excluding
weekends and holidays. We ship orders thru the United States Postal Service
either first class or Priority shipping.

What if the software does not work? |

We have a 30 day replacement guarantee on the software we sell for defective
merchandise, the same policy as the major retailers. Once the software is
returned we will try it out on one of our computers and if it does not work we
will send another copy out free of charge but if it runs on our computer there
will be a charge for the re-shipping of the software
returned.
