�	What are my payment options?
	We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover We also accept Money Orders (ships upon receipt) and Personal Checks (ships when clears)
�	How do I go about using my paypal or billpoint account?
	Simply choose the paypal payment option when checking out and upon completion of order click on the paypal payment logo to complete the sale.

	To receive your 5% discount off all of your purchases at the store is to use code: yah147 when checking out and the store will deduct the 5% off of your purchases including multiple purchases.
�	Is all the software you sell brand new?
	Yes, while some of the titles might not be the current versions, all of the software we sell are brand new and never used.
�	What are shipping fees?
	Normally they are betwwen $3 to $7.00. It depends if is a jewel case only or if is a Retail Box. Some retail boxes are a little more due to their weight. International Orders are based by destination.
�	How can you sell your software so cheap?
	We have a list of suppliers that purchase closeouts, discontinued titles, overstocks, etc.
�	Do you have a frequent buyer program?
	Yes, After the first purchase is made, customers are sent a coupon code for 10% off ALL future orders
�	Do you discount shipping for multiple orders?
	Yes! we do... Most of the time we can ship multiple orders, especially jewel cases for the same cost or a fraction more. Naturally retail boxes are based on their weight. Shipping charges are normally between $3 to $7.00
�	How soon do you ship?
	We normally process orders within 24 hours of receiving them excluding weekends and holidays. We ship orders thru the United States Postal Service either first class or Priority shipping.
�	Do you ship internationally?
	Yes, Place your order and we will contact you with a shipping cost to get your approval.
�	What if the software does not work?
	We have a 30 day replacement guarantee on the software we sell for defective merchandise, the same policy as the major retailers. Once the software is returned we will try it out on one of our computers and if it does not work we will send another copy out free of charge but if it runs on our computer there will be a charge for the re-shipping of the software returned.

	Most of the titles are in limited quantity and sold on a first come and first sell basis.
